Partner program

Sell, implement and support Smartup within an agreed partner role.

A programme for companies that find the client, implement the system themselves and support it after launch.

Discuss a partnership

One project. Complementary strengths.

Partner

The customer, local context and project delivery.

Sales and communication
Implementation and training
Customer support

Smartup

The product, methodology and team support.

Platform expertise
Partner enablement
First-project support

We agree the scope and responsibilities before starting.

A partner finds a client in their own country or industry, learns the product, implements the system with our support, and earns on licences and on implementation services. The terms of the programme are not a public offer: rates, timings and the size of the reward are discussed with the sales department of GreenWhite Solutions LLC and fixed by contract.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Three areas where a partner adds value

You can cover the full cycle, from the first meeting to ongoing support, or agree your role for a specific project.

Develop sales

Find companies with distribution needs, review their current process and define a concrete request.

A qualified opportunity

Implement the system

Configure the agreed scope, migrate data, train the team and review the outcome with the customer for acceptance.

A working process

Support customers

Help users after launch, extend the configuration and support the next stage of automation.

Long-term value

THE FIRST JOINT PROJECT

Five stages with clear responsibilities

Open a stage to see the partner and Smartup roles. The sequence is adjusted to the customer's scale and readiness.

01Check the fit

Record the industry, geography, processes, current system and expected outcome.

Partner: Gathers the initial context and arranges a meeting with process owners.
Smartup: Checks product fit and helps define the next step.

02Prepare the partner team

Provide product training and assess knowledge of key scenarios.

Partner: Assigns responsible team members and completes training and assessment.
Smartup: Provides materials, an environment and expert feedback.

03Agree scope and roles

Agree stages, integrations, data, responsibility boundaries and commercial terms.

Partner: Clarifies resources, the work plan and customer communication.
Smartup: Confirms the solution architecture and product boundaries.

04Implement and confirm acceptance

Configure the system, migrate data, train users and verify the working scenario.

Partner: Delivers the agreed work and manages customer expectations.
Smartup: Supports the first project and involves product experts.

05Support and develop

After launch, support users, renewal and the next area of automation.

Partner: Remains the day-to-day point of contact and develops the customer relationship.
Smartup: Provides product support under the agreed model.

READINESS TO START

Readiness for the first project

This is a practical guide before the first meeting, not automatic approval of an application.

01You have a registered business and someone responsible for the partner practice.
02Your team understands sales, distribution or business-system implementation processes.
03You are ready to complete product training and the mandatory knowledge assessment.
04You have the resources to take part in the first project and communicate with the customer.
05You are ready to agree roles, commercial terms and working rules in a contract.

BEFORE YOU START

Common questions from prospective partners

Who can become a Smartup partner?

Registered companies and entrepreneurs with experience in automation, enterprise software, sales or distribution processes. The final decision follows an introductory meeting and a review of team readiness.

Do we need prior experience with Smartup?

Prior experience is not required. The team completes product training and a knowledge assessment before working independently on a customer project.

How does a partner earn revenue?

The model may include licenses and renewals, implementation services and ongoing support. The exact scope, rates and payment arrangements are recorded in the contract.

Who manages the customer and owns implementation?

Roles are defined before the project starts. The partner may manage sales, implementation and ongoing support, while Smartup provides product expertise and the agreed support.

Can we work outside Uzbekistan?

Yes, the program considers partners from different countries. Product availability, local requirements and the support model are checked separately for the target market.

What if I only want to refer a customer?

A separate referral program covers introductions to potential customers without taking on sales and implementation.
