For the operations decision
Test traceability from a warehouse document, batch and storage location to the decision on a discrepancy, pick or transfer. Operational stock must become a governed input to the selected accounting system or native Smartup ERP core without implying replacement of a universal WMS.
No. Smartup’s public boundary is distributor warehouse operations: addressable storage, batches, picking and operational control. Logistics-operator or enterprise-WMS requirements need separate assessment.
The counting method depends on the configured process. Ask to see the assignment, operational restrictions, discrepancy capture and approval for your warehouse.
Alignment requires agreed documents, statuses, posting points and retry rules. Test reconciliation with a failed or late movement before rollout.
